Billing, cancellation & refunds

For AurionX Pro and Pro+ listings. The full terms are in Terms of Service, section 8.

Plans and prices

Pro is $10 USD a month or $99 USD a year.

Pro+ (everything in Pro, plus up to 4 company updates a month on your listing) is $20 USD a month or $199 USD a year. Everything on this page applies to Pro+ the same way. Switching from Pro to Pro+ in Manage or cancel Pro is prorated: Stripe charges the difference for the rest of your current period.

When you're charged

You're charged when you sign up, then automatically at the start of each new month (or year) at the price then in effect, until you cancel. You pay in advance for each period. We email you at least 30 days before any price change, and it only applies from your next renewal after that.

Yearly plans: we email you a reminder before each yearly renewal.

How to cancel

  1. Open Manage or cancel Pro (the link is also in every Pro email).
  2. Enter the email you paid with.
  3. Enter the code Stripe emails you.
  4. Choose Cancel.

That's it: no call or email needed. You can cancel any time.

After you cancel

You won't be charged again. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your listing goes back to a free listing. It stays published.

Refunds

Full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first payment. Email thomas@aurionx.ai with the listing name and the email you paid with. We refund the payment and end the subscription.

After those 7 days we don't refund partial periods. We always refund billing errors and duplicate charges, and we give refunds wherever the law requires them. If we end your subscription without cause, we refund the unused part.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the next few days and emails you so you can update your card in Manage or cancel Pro. Pro may pause while a payment is overdue, and the subscription is cancelled if the retries fail.

Receipts and invoices

Stripe emails a receipt for every payment. Past invoices are in Manage or cancel Pro. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
