Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using AurionX you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. If you buy Pro, you also agree to the Pro terms in section 8.

2. Eligibility & business use

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Pro and listing claims are meant for businesses: if you buy or claim for a company, you confirm you're authorized to act for it, and "you" means that company too. Consumer protection laws that can't be waived still apply to you.

3. The directory

AurionX is an independent directory of AI tools. Listings are compiled from public sources and from submissions. We don't sell the products listed, and a listing is not an endorsement, warranty, or recommendation. Grades, ratings, and verification signals are informational and may be incomplete or out of date. Check details with the vendor before you buy.

4. Submissions & claims

If you submit or claim a listing, you confirm you're authorized to do so and that the information is accurate. You give KX21 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit for clarity, and distribute that information within the Service. We may review, decline, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the Service at scale, submit false or spam listings, misrepresent who you work for, or interfere with how the Service runs. Automated access is limited to what our robots.txt and llms.txt allow.

6. Third-party content & links

Listings link to other websites and show ratings gathered from other platforms. We're not responsible for third-party content, sites, or services.

7. Advertising

Some placements are paid and are labeled "Sponsored." Paid placement doesn't affect a tool's grade or verification, which are calculated the same way for everyone (see How we grade tools).

8. Pro listing (terms version 2026-10-03)

Price. Pro costs $10 USD a month or $99 USD a year. Pro+ (everything in Pro, plus company updates, below) costs $20 USD a month or $199 USD a year. You pay in advance for each month or year. Payments are processed by Stripe. In this section "Pro" includes Pro+ unless it says otherwise: the same renewal, cancellation and refund rules apply to both.

Automatic renewal. Pro renews automatically at the end of each month (or year) and Stripe charges the card on file at the price then in effect, until you cancel. For yearly plans we email you before each renewal.

How to cancel. Cancel online any time from Manage or cancel Pro (the Stripe customer portal): enter your billing email, enter the code Stripe sends you, then choose Cancel. No call or email needed. Cancelling stops future renewals. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for, then switches off.

Refunds. If you ask within 7 days of your subscription's first payment, we refund it in full. Email thomas@aurionx.ai with the listing name and your billing email. After those 7 days we don't refund partial periods. We always refund billing errors and duplicate charges, and we give refunds wherever the law requires them.

Price and term changes. If we change the price or these Pro terms, we email you at least 30 days before the change applies. It takes effect at your next renewal after that notice. If you don't want it, cancel before then and you won't be charged the new price.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and emails you. Pro may pause while a payment is overdue, and we may cancel the subscription if the retries fail.

Chargebacks and fraud screening. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact thomas@aurionx.ai first; we fix billing errors quickly. Stripe screens payments for fraud.

What Pro includes.

• No competitor ads on your listing, and visitors go straight to your site (no interstitial). Pro switches on as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
• Quote requests from your listing, and a monthly stats email with a private stats page link.
• Quote requests and stats go only to a work email on the listed company's own website domain: the checkout email if it's on that domain, or one confirmed later from the Pro page by a link sent to that address. Until one is confirmed, they aren't sent.
• Pro never changes ranking, grade or Verified status, and links to your site stay nofollow.

Pro+ updates

Pro+ lets the listed company publish news and blog-style updates on its own listing. By posting, you agree to these rules:

• Up to 4 updates per calendar month (UTC), posted through the private link we email to your verified work email. Updates we decline don't count toward it; updates you delete still do.
• Your content, your responsibility. You confirm you have the right to publish what you post, and that it's accurate and about your own product or company. You give KX21 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the Service (the listing, /news/ and our feeds), and to adjust its formatting.
• Labelled as yours. Every update is shown as "From" your company and written by the company, not by AurionX. Links in updates are marked sponsored.
• Screening and removal. Updates are screened automatically; flagged ones wait for a person to review them. We may decline, de-index or remove any update, for example spam, misleading or unsupported claims (including medical or financial claims), text copied from elsewhere, attacks on competitors, collecting contact details, or illegal, hateful or adult content.
• Search engines. Updates are not indexed by search engines unless we review one and mark it indexable. If you give the URL where it was first published, search engines are pointed there and it is never indexed on AurionX.
• Billing. Removing an update, or our declining one, doesn't change what you pay. If Pro+ ends, updates you already published stay on the listing until you delete them, but you can't post new ones.

Ending Pro. We may end your subscription if you break these Terms or abuse the Service (for example, false listing information or spam); then no refund is due. If we end it for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Changing Pro features. We may change or stop offering Pro features. If a change takes away something you pay for, we email you at least 30 days before. You can cancel, and if we stop offering Pro altogether we refund the unused part of your period.

Agreeing. We ask you to accept these terms on the Pro page, and paying also means you accept them. We record that acceptance (see Records).

9. Taxes

Pro and Pro+ are advertising services, and we don't currently charge sales tax on them. If the law ever requires us to collect sales tax, VAT or a similar tax, we'll tell you in advance and show it at checkout and on your receipt. You're responsible for any other taxes on your purchase.

10. Records

We keep proof of your agreement to these Terms and your consent to automatic renewal (what you agreed to, when, the email you used, and the session recording described in our Privacy Policy) for at least 3 years.

11. Disclaimers

The Service, including Pro, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise any number of views, clicks, quotes or sales, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows: KX21 isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the Service or any listing. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Indemnity

If you use the Service for a business, that business will defend and compensate KX21 for third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that come from the listing content or submissions you provide, or from your breaking these Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

Nevada law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, email thomas@aurionx.ai describing the problem, and give each other 30 days to try to resolve it informally. If that doesn't work, claims go exclusively to the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, and both sides agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Either side may instead bring a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version. For material changes, we email paying customers at least 30 days before they apply; for Pro they take effect at your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then. Other changes take effect when posted. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
