Ellie AI

Ellie connects to Gmail or Outlook and drafts replies overnight in your voice. Wake up to a full inbox of ready-to-send emails. Also available on Microsoft AppSource, with a native Outlook desktop add-in. 7-day free trial, no card needed.

• Opens with the recipient's first name. Never uses "Dear".
• Leans on em-dashes — never semicolons.
• Keeps replies to clients under 120 words.
• ✓ The rule is a sentence, not a filter — "anything asking us to pay or renew"
• ✓ Categories decide which emails get drafted — and which are left alone
• ✓ Action categories feed Inbox tasks, with due dates
• ✓ Six sensible defaults to start from — none of them fixed
• ✓ Invoices get your brisk finance voice, sales enquiries your warm one
